Can I purchase products from several retailers at once?
Whatsonsale is the only website where you can easily shop with several retailers and make a single credit card payment.
Are the retailers genuine?
You can shop with confidence on Whatsonsale. All retailers have been approved by our sales representatives
and are established and genuine NZ retailers. If you have any concerns about a retailer call 03 962 2040.
Payments
Payments are made by credit card only.
We work hard to protect the security of your personal information, including credit
card information. We protect your credit card information during transmission by
using the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol, which encrypts your information when
transmitted over the Internet. Your credit card details cannot be accessed by Whatsonsale
staff. It is important to protect yourself against unauthorized access to your Whatsonsale
account and your computer so please keep your passwords to yourself.
Can you deliver to a PO Box?
No most courier services will only deliver to a physical address, however you can
check with the retailer if they have the facility to do this.
What if I receive the wrong products?
The Whatsonsale Terms and Conditions stipulate that it is the retailers responsibility
to organise delivery of the correct item. If a mistake has been made the item will be picked up and replaced at their
expense or a full refund will be issued.
Is buying online safe?
Yes, you have exactly the same rights under Consumer Guarantees Act - exactly as if you were buying in store.
